Research On The Mao ZeDong's Methods Of Leading

The thoughts of Zedong Mao guided Chinese people to obtain the great victory of Chinese revolution. It not only transmits the spirit of Chinese national culture , but also absorbs the western and advanced dialectical thought. It is Marxism in Chinese style; being both Marxist and Chinese, it is the scientific system integrated with Marxism. Zedong Mao highly values leading methodology in long-term revolution and construction practice, created a set of relatively systematic leading methodology, which has become the important thought in leading Chinese revolution and construction to victory, and constituted the major part in Zedong Mao's thoughts . To study Zedong Mao's leading methodology is not only theoratically important, but also meaningful in pactice.This text divides four parts altogether:The first part : Have analyzed Mao Zedong's method of leadership. Namely has explained the relation of the importance and Mao Zedong's method of leadership and Chinese revolution and subsequent construction of the meaning of the method of leadership , method of leadership.The second part : Have described the main content of Mao Zedong's method of leadership. Method of leadership that namely seek truth from facts; Method of leadership of investigations; Method of leadership of the mass line; Analyse the method of leadership in contradiction.The third part : Have expounded the class nature of Mao Zedong's method of leadership, national characteristic , science , foresight , five characteristic of operating etc. guarantee route , principles and policies of party carry out; Bring up and train the leading cadre; Overcome the great function in such directions as dogmatism , formalism , empiricism ,etc..The fourth part : Have pointed out limitation of Mao Zedong's method of leadership and realistic enlightenment. Namely is realizing the correct leadership of the party; Consolidate the ruling status of the party, structure the harmonious society; Strengthen the important enlightenment of leading cadre's ability of administration.
