On The Right Of Rest

The study of labor right is in the important position in the system of studying human rights in modern society. But the studying of the right of rest ethic is the one essential element of labor rights falls behind all the time. This article systematically talks about the dimension of the right of rest from the angle of its characteristics ,the to interpret the interact limit between the right of rest and salary ,employment ,the productional power ,and so on, and discusses its economic value of which can satisfied with the physical needs of human beings. Based on the theoretical analyses, the article also make the realistic analyses of the protection of right of rest, then discusses and compares the legal rules about working time and rest time. Finally, the dissertation focuses on the practice of construction of Chinese ruling of law, and make the suggestions on the strengthening the governing and perfecting right of rest.
