Reform And Perfect The Lead Of The Communist Party Of China To The Government

Since the reform and open, the Chinese Communist Party answered elementarily how to build Party, how to realize the change from the revolutionary party to the ruling party and how to lead the government effectively in the process of reform and under the system of socialist market economy.But, in the new circumstance of economic globalization, how to reign effectively and how to reform and perfect the lead are problems that must be resolved. This thesis investigate deep these problems by explain an inside relation between Party and the government.The full paper is divided into several parts. The first part looks back a beginning, formation and establishment of the lead in the democracy revolution, socialism revolution and developments periods. The second part bring forward some questions such as power excessively concentrating and the function repeat between Party and government. We also explain the cause of these questions in the way of history and culture. The third part indicated that reformation and perfect leading are necessary. Finally some countermeasures and principles have been discussed about how to reform and perfect the lead.
