Chinese Communist Party, Democratic Governance

This thesis mainly expounds the problem how the Communist Party of China uphold the belief of exercising power democratically. Democratic governance is one of the important ruling experience and an important question to strengthen the building of the ruling capabilities of the Communist Party of China. The Communist Party of China should exercise power for the benefit of the people and with the support of the people, support and ensure that the people are the masters of their own country, and continuously push forward the socialist democracy and ensure that it is institutionalized and standardized and has its procedures. Not only we should analyze it in the democratic institutional structure of the socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also should we put it into practice and push it forward in the democratic institutional structure of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. The Communist Party of China's exercising power democratically mainly involves the following dimensional relations of democracy: democratic governance and national democracy, democratic governance and the Inner-party democracy, democratic governance and the democracy between the ruling Party and the Party participant in government and political affairs, democratic governance and the grass-roots democracy. This thesis contains the introduction, the conclusion and the body, including six chapters altogether.In the introduction, the author explains the importance, the present research conditions, the logical way, the research methods and the research creation of this thesis. The body of the six chapters can be structurally divided into three parts: part one is the first chapter; part two is the second chapter; part three includes the third to the sixth chapter, discussing respectively the relation of democratic governance and national democracy, democratic governance and the Inner-party democracy, democratic governance and the democracy between the ruling Party and the Party participant in government and political affairs, democratic governance and the grass-roots democracy ,and the way for the further perfect mechanism to stick to and push forward the democratic ruling.Chapter one deals with the theory analysis of the Communist Party of China's exercising power democratically.
