On The View Of Scientific Development

Viewing from the point of dialectic materialism and historical materialism, the paper mainly analysis the theory original and practice foundation of the scientific development based on the analysis of the unbalanced social development caused by merely pursuit the growth of GDP, the paper emphasizes that development is full development, including material civilization, spiritual civilization and political civilization, and how to realize the all round, well arranged and harmonious development.In 2003 on the time of SARS ,after the development view of sustainable development being brought forward in the world, the leaders of our country put forward the scientific view of development, that is insisting on the people-oriented, building comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development and fostering economic social and mankind full development, and also brought up the " 5 balances" , that is properly balancing urban and rural development, economic and social development and opening to the outside world. In which the concept of people-oriented is the essence and core, and the full development of economics, society and man is the aim and end-result of it. The view of comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development is the basic content and the " 5 balances " is the basic requirement to act on it.The view of scientific development is a summary and distiuation of our country' more than 20 years of precious experience in the practice of open and reform policy and mordered construction, it is the carrying forward and expanding of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zeming'development thoughts, it is the necessity and basic guideline to the overall construction of a commonwealth society, it is also an important thinking idea for our new development of our socialist modernized construction and will influence our present and future social economy, politics and cultural development.
