On The Social Justice

Social justice is both an important theoretical issue and a vital-real problem. Researching this issue deeply is propitious to eliminate the evenness idea, develop the socialism market economy healthily and construct the socialism harmonious society. Establishing a right social justice view is guiding-significant to our socialism modernization.Plus the introduction, this article includes four chapters:Chapter one mainly discusses the headstream of social justice. Social justice idea ever came through a long develop evolvement process in Chinese and west thinking history. Because of the different history condition, there is some difference on social justice idea in China and west. Firstly, they understand system justice differently; secondly, there is big difference about how to realize social justice; thirdly, there are different views about the aim to realize social justice; fourthly, there is also some difference about the emphasis of the social justice.Chapter two mainly discusses the essence, characters and contents of social justice. Social justice is mostly a reasonable state of man's each other relation centering on right and obligation. Viewing from the essence, social justice indicates the benefit relation between each other. There are object-reality, historical and classily relativity and some compulsion. Social justice includes abroad contents, but, political justice, economy justice and civilization justice are the basic three aspects.Chapter three mainly discusses the realization of social justice. The realization of social justice is very significant: first, under market economy, the realization of social justice influences the subjects participating in the economy activity deeply; second, the realization of social justice is propitious to cultivate the good moral personality and social common morality; third, the realization is advantage to realize human's full development. The realization of social justice must have some conditions: first, weshould erect the right justice idea; secondly, we have to set up the social justice guarantee system; lastly, we have to correct and remedy the all kinds of the unjust behaviors in the social justice. The realization of social justice still has to through following methods: first, normative government dusty; second, ensure the efficient market competition; third, promote harmonious development between society and economy.Chapter four mainly discusses the problems and countermeasures during our current realization of social justice. Today, the main problems in our realization of social justice are following: there is crucial income distribution unjust and consumption unjust in the economy field, there is also some unjust things in the political life, there are still unjust things in the social life. Today, to realize social justice we should stick to the following principles: assuring man's basic rights, equal opportunities, distribution on contribution and remedy -. compensation. Currently, the measures to realize social justice should include: develop social productivity vigorously, enhance construction of democracy and law, pay attention to and settle "the three peasant issue", strive to construct the harmonious society.
