The pursuit of justice is the common value goal in each time, It is the lofty ideal and maximum demand. In the constant pursuit of justice, people have been made a variety of different views of justice, such as from Ancient Greece,The medieval times to Modern and The classical period of Germany’s.The thought of justice has its own characteristics of the times. Marx’s early thoughts of justice is an important part of Marx thought, it is based on the state of human existence and human activity on the nature, in the evolution of his early thought, from the theory of justice, political justice and social justice three aspects layers in depth, show the development choroid of justice thought in this time, dig out the deeper social issues, pointed out capitalist society to the individuality, appealed that the society should attach importance to human value, lets the human nature to get free to demonstrate, make the whole society becomes a United body of the " free person".
