Finance is the core of modern economy, the fund hinge and the nerve centre of national economy, but it is also a high-risk career, especially with the rapid expansion of the scale of financial assets, the advancing by leaps and bounds of modern information technology, and the development of innovating in finance and financial internationalization. In order to defend financial risks better, safeguard the security of the financial system, and promote the benign running of the domestic financial market, various countries put the financial supervision up to an unprecedented height, go on the reform to the national financial supervision system one after another, and carry out corresponding perfection in supervision legal system. This thesis is about to analyze the relevant problems of the financial supervision system of our country in terms of law, use the experience of the financial supervision system reform and legal system perfection of Germany , Britain and. U.S.A. for reference, then slightly express the humble opinions on how to perfect the legal system of financial supervision of our country.Besides foreword and closing remarks, this thesis is made up of three parts:Chapter I mainly analyze the legal problems of our country's financial supervision system from following aspects: the legal attribute of financial supervision power, division of financial supervision power and independence of the supervision institutions, the restriction to the power of financial supervision, coordination between the financial supervisors, between the supervisors and the centre bank, the responsibility of supervision institutions, then point out the deficiency existing in the legal system of financial supervision of our country.Chapter II, the author introduce the changes of several representative countries—Germany, England and America in the financial supervision system, and draw something useful for our country.Chapter III is the author's own considerations about the perfection of our country's financial supervision legal system.
