Finance is the core of modern economy, the fund hinge and the nerve centre of national economy, but it is also a high-risk career, especially with the rapid expansion of the scale of financial assets, the advancing by leaps and bounds of modern information technology, and the development of innovating in finance and financial internationalization. In order to defend financial risks better, safeguard the security of the financial system, and promote the benign running of the domestic financial market, various countries put the financial supervision up to an unprecedented height, go on the reform to the national financial supervision system one after another, and carry out corresponding perfection in supervision legal system. This thesis is about to analyze the relevant problems of the financial supervision system of our country in terms of law, use the experience of the financial supervision system reform and legal system perfection of Germany , Britain and.
