What push to form the appearance of the world is will, which can be also called the driving force. The driving force building the contemporary US-East Asia Relations consists of three streams, which are combined internally logically to be a structure rather than being simply aggregated.The core of the structure is the engine-Realism, outputting energies incessantly; the cover of the engine is Liberalism whose major function is to beautify Realism and offer psychological hints by providing order and institutions in spite of very limited effect; Constructivism, the modern Realism, is the poster adhered to the cover of the engine, advocating constructing good will among nations and maintaining the world peace, whose main function is warning and balancing against practically predominant Realism and Liberalism in terms of viewpoints.This essay expounds and proves the existence and effects of the said structured driving force by looking through the real cases in US-East Asia Relations in aspects of politics, economy, immigration, national personalities etc. And the article creates in the end a mental strategy -Theory of Relaxation, which, based on the understanding of the structured driving force, is designed to ensure the sound development of US-East Asia Relations.
