When Premier Wan Jiabao addressed at Harvard University with the topic of throw sight on China on November 10th 2003, he put forward the thought of peaceful rising of China at first time. The thought denotes that today China is open and reform country, meanwhile, she is a peaceful rise power. The prospect of the world development is apt to peace and development. The development of China is at crucial crossroad and strategic period. After the topic was put forward, it becomes focus of international relationship research at home and abroard. The dissertation revolves around the questions as follow: what is the status quo of grand strategy research, why does Chinese government put forwards the topic about peaceful rise, whether China can fulfill its grand strategy or not and how, what influence does rise of China bring about on east Asian framework. These are newly questions for discussion. The auther conceives the theory from three mainstream schools, realism school, idealism school and constructism school. Meanwhile, the article incorporates politics, history and international relationship methodology and seeks systemical and comprehensive analysis of origin, background and realistic possibility of China rise strategy..
