| By using the theory of jurisprudence of economic analysis and comparative law,this paperintroduces the system of Japanese and Korean antidumping laws ,analyzes the defects existed inpractice, compares Japanese & Korean antidumping laws with ours. It also reveals that ourcountry should perfect our antidumping legislation further by combining theory with practiceand using WTO's, Japanese, Korean antidumping laws for reference. There are three parts in this paper: The first part: Japanese and Korean antidumping laws. It demonstrates legislation andexecution of Japanese & Korean antidumping laws, entity and procedure laws of Japanese &Korean antidumping laws. Based on the demonstration, the author makes us understand Japanese& Korean antidumping laws better. The second part: Research on the defection of Japanese & Korean antidumping laws. Itdemonstrates the defection of entity and procedure laws of Japanese & Korean antidumpinglaws. The third part: Comparative study of the disparities between Japanese, Korean and Chineseantidumping rules. It makes comparative analysis of the antidumping laws and points out theidentifications and disparities among those three countries. Meanwhile to compare oneantidumping mode in Japan & Korea with China and use the experiences of the legislationconcerning antidumping for reference, this part puts forward some advice on the legislation ofantidumping in China.
