The Study Of New-age Peasant Worker's Current Situation Of Thought And Moral Education

This thesis is based on investigations and researches, which probes and studies the characteristics and the present thought situation of the new-age peasant workers in China at present, the reason for new-age peasant worker's passive thoughts, the countermeasures for strengthening the education of ideology and moral of new-age peasant workers.The new-age peasant worker in China which appeared in present society is a special colony, Compared with the first age peasant worker, it is characterized with poor sense of self-identity, decreasing degree of satisfaction, high valued life expectation. The present thought situation of the new-age peasant workers obviously demonstrates two-dimensional characteristics: not only the positive respects that has been favorable to the social development, for example, they broke away the fetter of narrow smallholder' consciousness;they break the fetter of close rustic consciousness, smashed the durance of traditional domestic consciousness;dapped the cage of self-consciousness, but also the passive respects that do not benefit the social development, and even hindered the social development, for example, they have poor safeguard sense;they lack the consciousness of keeping their rights;poor legal concept, inactive political participation sense, big differences between psychological anticipation and psychological enduring ability. The main reason for these passive thought of new-age peasant workers is the far-reaching rural cultural tradition;difficult social employment, poor social competitiveness because of their own cultural dynamics, no ensured their rights and interests;their status restricted by the dualistic system of city and countryside;their psychological problemsIf we want to strengthen and improve the ideological educationof the new-age peasant worker, we must firstly realize it is an important part of the urban spiritual civilization construction from guiding thoughts;take all kinds of measures to solve practical problems that the peasant workers confronted;use managing carriers flexibly, closely combine the ideological education for the new-age peasant worker with scientific management;reinforce the human care from all walks of the people.
