The Study Of Mao Zedong's Thinking On The Worker-peasant Alliance

The worker-peasant alliance is the basis of people's democratic united front, the foundation of people's democratic dictatorship, and the basic condition of China's revolution and construction success. In the scientific system of Mao Zedong Thought, the worker-peasant alliance idea is included; and in the mistakes of Mao Zedong's later years, there are also the erroneous ideas on the issue. The study of Mao Zedong's thinking on the worker-peasant alliance is of both heoretical and practical significance, in a better understanding and grasp of Mao Zedong's scientific thinking on the issue, in a better cognition of Mao Zedong's mistakes in his later years, in summing up the experience and lessons of history, and in the consolidation and development of the worker-peasant alliance in the new historical conditions. In this paper, the historical track of Mao Zedong's thinking on the alliance of workers and peasants is discussed in a more extensive historical background; the scientific system of Mao Zedong Thought on the worker-peasant alliance is comprehensively organized; and its enrichment and development of Marxism-Leninism on the alliance of workers and peasants as well as the inspiration of the consolidation of the worker-peasant alliance in the new historical condition is analyzed in depth from a historical perspective combined with the reality.This paper discussed Mao Zedong's thinking of the worker-peasant alliance in four aspects:The first part discussed the thinking of the worker-peasant alliance significance in China's revolution and construction. It disserted Mao Zedong's analysis of China's working and peasant class, and the status and effects of worker-peasant alliance in China's revolution and construction.In the second part, the establishment, consolidation and development of the alliance of workers and peasants is disserted. It presented Mao Zedong's thought about the establishment and consolidation of the worker-peasant alliance on the basis of land reform in the period of democratic revolution and on the basis of cooperation after the victory of the democratic revolution, as well as the thinking of continuing to consolidate the worker-peasant alliance under socialist conditions.The third part disserted the Mao Zedong's understanding mistakes on the worker-peasant alliance. It includes the discussion of Mao Zedong's mistakes on the issues of the working class and the peasants, and the analysis of the subjective and social historical causes of his understanding mistakes on the alliance of workers and peasants.In Part Four, the theoretical value and practical significance of Mao Zedong's worker-peasant alliance is discussed. It disserted Mao Zedong's enrichment and development of Marxism-Leninism on the alliance of workers and peasants, and the practical significance of Mao Zedong's worker-peasant alliance theory to the socialist modernization construction in the new historical conditions.In conclusion, Mao Zedong's scientific thought on the worker-peasant alliance and his mistakes in later years on the issue is still worth to be learned and studied. In the new era, we should absorb and study the right ideas of Mao Zedong's worker-peasant alliance, and learn a lesson from the cognition mistakes of his worker-peasant alliance, to continue the consolidation of the worker-peasant alliance in the socialist modernization construction process in the new historical conditions.
