Research On Perfection Of Legal System Of Banking Supervision In China

It has been proved by world practices that banking business is subject to strict supervision of authorities, either in developed countries or in developing counties. With China's entry into WTO, foreign banks flowed in and prompted the development of Chinese finance, meanwhile, also increased the instability and system risk of bank system. To resolve this finance risk, it is necessary to supervise banks prudently and effectively. The above action can efficiently guarantee and advance sustainable, healthy and safe development of Chinese banking. Hence, how to construct a kind of scientific and feasible our bank supervision legal system has become an important task of finance supervision legislation and execution process. And this must be solved on the basis of learning experiences of developed market economy countries and combining the real practice of our country. In this article, the writer focuses on the supervision legal system of banks to present his own opinion.This thesis does the research by using the methods of theoretic analysis and comparative analysis.
