The Research Of The Main Part Of The Duty Of Law With Minor Cirme

The minor crime become a very serious social problem all over the world in 21st century...Some people considered the minor crime is as intractable as environment pollution and freak-out.The minor crime is also a big deal in our country,more and more people is focus on it.I choose the duty of law ,of the main part of minor crime to open out my research in order to prevent the minor crime and bring forword reasonalized advice to family education,moral construction in schools and the environment that minors grow-up in..I took literature sum-up,literature sum-up,case analysis to studied further in minor crime.I carried out my research and studied by analyze many cases, talking to minor criminals teachers and students.I analyzed the main reason which lead to the minor crime from family ,school and the society these three aspects. I paid much attention to the main part of the duty of law.reconsidering the family ,school and the society which cause the minor crime.And I studied hard on the measures which could strengthen the consciousness of the main part of the duty of law.By further researching,the main part of which disobey the law of minor crime has been definited.that it is not only the duty of law ,but also the family school and the society.I also bought forward some advices to the correlative sections should enact law of minor custody,reinforce and the law of minor protection , consummate the law of compulsory education .These are my own opinion on preventing minor crime.
