Since the eighty s and early ’eighty s, our country minor crime is rising trend,suspected of criminal cases of minors in the proportion of the peers in theexponentially growing, society as a whole to minors crime prominent crime situation.This kind of situation, not only seriously disturb the social order, endangers publicsecurity, cause immeasurable harm to the society, also seriously affect the normaljuvenile socialization process, becomes one of the important factors that affect socialstability, crime according to the famous American sociologist Travis. Hirsch (Travis.Hirschi) of social control theory, for minors, family is the most attached to objects,they keep the most closely linked with family, have a very important impact on theirnormal socialization, as a result, families living in the minors plays a most importantrole of social control. The author argues that the problem focus on family structuresand relationships on minor crime, minor crime family prevention countermeasureswere discussed from origin, this is to guarantee their normal socialization,avoid its toillegal crime road.In xining city minor crime, for vision, this paper take the theory of interpretationmethod, system analysis, chart analysis, field investigation method, interviewinvestigation method and questionnaire research method, research methods, such ascollect relevant data and material, on the basis of the research type sound family, notperfect family in xining city the two different family structures and the mechanism ofminor crime, thus, come to the conclusion that the family structure is not sound ofminors crime road more easily. Then, the author puts forward some of the minorcrime family prevention countermeasure, expect to help juvenile crime preventionwork.
