The author argues that the problem focus on family structuresand relationships on minor crime, minor crime family prevention countermeasureswere discussed from origin, this is to guarantee their normal socialization,avoid its toillegal crime road.In xining city minor crime, for vision, this paper take the theory of interpretationmethod, system analysis, chart analysis, field investigation method, interviewinvestigation method and questionnaire research method, research methods, such ascollect relevant data and material, on the basis of the research type sound family, notperfect family in xining city the two different family structures and the mechanism ofminor crime, thus, come to the conclusion that the family structure is not sound ofminors crime road more easily.
