Construction Of Socialist Harmonious Political Culture

Since the fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Party puts forward "constructing the socialist harmonious society", philosophy, economic, political and other fields have discussed this problem enthusiastically from various angles and at the same time advanced many feasible plans of administering a country. This paper is to discuss the construction of socialism harmonious society from a subsystem of socialism society --socialist political culture.Chapter â…  starts with the concept of political culture, analyzing the advanced and backward state of the present political culture and its social resources and illustrating the urgency and actuality of constructing the socialist harmonious political culture.Chapter â…¡ emphatically elaborates the contents of the political culture ,that is the intension and constructing ways of the four kinds of political culture . The political culture of ruling by law is the basic guarantee of democratic political development;political culture of deliberation is the new pattern of socialist democratic political development;political culture of tolerance has strengthened the enthusiasm of political participation of people, which have carried democratic political development forward;political culture of fairness has embodied socialist key viewpoint of value, is the goal of harmonious political culture . The four kinds of harmonious political culture affect and promote mutually ,which are an organic whole .Chapter â…¢ illustrates the significance of building the socialistharmonious political culture. It raises the administrative ability of government and the political participating level of people, which contributes to the political steadiness and development of socialist harmonious society. It creates the fair and order enviroment and establishes the good psychological foundation for the socialist market economy , which promotes the development of socialist economy. At the same time, it is helpful to the overall development of person.
