Study On Political And Cultural Construction In The Process Of Construction Of A Harmonious Society

Since Fourth Plenum of the 16th CPC puts forward"constructing the socialist harmonious society", philosophy, economic, political and other fields have discussed this problem enthusiastically from various angles and at the same time advanced many feasible plans of administering a country. This paper is to discuss the construction of socialism harmonious society from a subsystem of socialism society—socialist political culture.This paper starts with the concept of political culture, comparing with the views of political culture between the west and our socialist political culture, pointed out the essence of the social political culture, analyzing the advanced and backward state of the present political culture and its social resources and illustrating the urgency and actuality of constructing the socialist harmonious political culture.It also illustrates the significance of constructing the socialist harmonious political culture. It can ensure the stabilization of social politics and political development, advance the social economical development, promote the overall development of person, and the overall development of person consists of the inner spirit of harmonious political culture. The paper emphatically elaborates the contents of the political culture ,that is the goal and constructing ways of the three kinds of political culture .The political culture of ruling by law is the basic guarantee of democratic political development; It is one of the important representation of socialist democracy turning patriarchal political culture to democratic political culture, promoting the democratic political development; To develop productivity of political culture is the embodiment about the scientific development concept of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, presenting the view of socialist core value. It is the final destination of harmonious political culture. The three kinds of harmonious political culture affect and promote mutually, which are an organic whole.
