Research On Exception Rule For Government Information Publication

Due to the variety and diversity of government information, the scope of government information of government information is always defined from two perspectives: one is enumerating the public information positively, and the other is excluding all those information prohibited from being published negatively. As publication in principle, non-disclosure as exception is the general rule for government information publication adopted by most countries, it is more important to exclude the information excluded from publication.
