The Study On Legal System Construction Of Foreign Copyright Trade

Copyright trade, especially foreign copyright trade, is of great significance not only to the exercise of the author's legal rights and interests, but also to advancement in copyright industry. In addition, copyright trade has made contributions to international exchange and cooperation in culture, education and science and technology, mutual understanding between nations, and human civilization progress. Since China's access to the Berne Convention and Universal Copyright Convention in 1992, especially after its entry into the WTO, trade in copyright between China and other countries is getting more and more prosperous and the scale of cultural international exchange is getting larger and larger. But foreign copyright is still a relatively new field. With the rapid development of foreign copyright trade, there are many serious problems have taken place in the past several years. Analyzed these questions, we found that the ultimate measure to resolve these questions is reinforce the related law construction. Through analytical study the problems about the law construction of foreign copyright trade, my thesis try to find out some measures to resolve these questions, and to promote the development of foreign copyright trade in China in a new situation.The thesis consists of three parts:Part one: the analysis of realistic and necessary about strengthen the law construction of foreign copyright trade. This part through state the relation between the law construction and the development of foreign copyright trade and according the development status of foreign copyright trade in our country, point out that reinforce the legal system construction is the only way.Part two: The actuality of legal system construction about foreign copyright trade in our country.
