Research On The Legal System Of Cleaner Production In China

Cleaner production lawmaking has already extensively carried out all over the world. The promulgation and application of the Law of Cleaner Production Promotion in the People's Republic of China makes the cleaner production obtain the integrated and systemic formation of legal system. And it also promotes the sanity and development of the environmental protection legal system. This article gives an introduction to both the background of the cleaner production and the international lawmaking of cleaner production. This paper gives a framed analysis to the composing of the legal system of cleaner production in China. In the meantime, this paper also gives some suggestions to improve the legal system of cleaner production in China on the stage.The paper is divided into three parts.Part one is about the formation and development of the legal system of cleaner production.
