The production planning management is an important factor during in modern enterprise production. During the short-time leaping developments, survival makes medium and small-scale to assembling manufacturing company have to pay attention to the short-term benefit. Because production planning management is not for a long-term and with insufficient foresights, and lacks the standard and scientific method, some problems will occur to perplex the enterprise inevitably with the development and strengthening further of the enterprise.To be a member of Julong project group of DUT, the writer come by three stages: the survey and study in scene, the analysis of situation report and the formation of management project. Adhering to the principle of putting in order, making the flow in order, and drawing lessons from the thought and mode of scientific and advanced ERP systematic theory, the writer puts forward the managerial feasible solution to the production planning management in the present stage.Combined with the actual circumstance of the Julong Co. the writer puts forward a rolling plan mode with the material inventory as the axis; Redesigns the link inside the planning management that can't adapt to the development, and establishes a forward-looking and dynamic production planning management system. So as to enhance the adjusting and controlling ability of production plan in order to improve reacting ability when sale changed, to coordinate organizational activities between the production section and other sections, to insure production normal and continual with the stability of the product quality, to effectively resolve the excessiveness of temporary plan, unbalanceness of production and the owe of the spare parts, etc. This also benefits the effective control stock and purchasing, makes material and the saving quantity of the finished product been reasonable. Then it can guarantee the supply of the production, reduce the taking up of the funds at the same time, and create yields to the biggest extent. What' s more allots the manufacturing resources reasonably in order to make it develops sufficiently, so it can adapt to the Julong company' s further development.
