Human security system, which is as same as the other social system, has undergone a long-process development. Since the primitive society, people had already have the custom to help each other and take care for the disabled. With the development of the social productive forces, the family became the major social unit. Since then, the family was responsible for vulnerable members. With the continuous rise of the remaining products, the class-society appeared. The growing social class divided seriously, poverty increasingly exposed to workers, family support alone couldn't solve the social security problem. European Industrial Revolution caused enormous changes in human society, self-sufficient economy collapsed, which led to tremendous changes of the social structure. The rise of industrialization expanded the size of urban areas. As a result, the survival of the proletariat was threatened and the social chaos followed. At that time, the families, mutual aid organizations, and commercial insurances couldn't protect human affairs any more, the social security needed a more powerful forces. At the same time, the countries as the most powerful forces in society groups established social security systems by law in order to ease social conflicts and protect the healthy functioning of social.Chapter one of the theses presents a brief introduction to the historical development of security system.
