Proposals On The Revision Of The People's Republic Of China Environmental Protection Law

With continuous rapid economic development, environmental problems have become increasingly serious, environmental pollution and ecological damage has already affected the people's production and life. In building a socialist country ruled by law today, we naturally think of recourse to legal means to resolve the current environmental problems. However, as the environmental law department "quasi - Basic Law"—"The People's Republic of China Environmental Protection Law," they can not give people a clear guidance and regulating people's environmental protection acts and penalties pollution persons for the damage (or the harm) to the environment, can not meet the environmental requirements for the development of separate legislation. Therefore modifications have to be realistic in their demands. And it is a priority. Theorists and practical interface to this situation, the positive measures taken by the challenges of dealing with reality on the basis of consensus—the revision of the "Environmental Protection Law" and has begun the preparation of the draft so that the revised "Environmental Protection Law" to adapt to the demands of social development.
