On The Solution Of The Current Cross-strait Conflict Of Civil And Commercial Laws

Taiwan and China are the part and the whole. Taiwan is an important part of China. However, because the special historical reasons, Taiwan has yet to achieve reunification with the motherland at present. To realize national reunification at an early date, our government creatively put forward the "one country, two systems" political ideas. With this concept, along with Hong Kong and Macao in 1997 and 1999 respectively return to China, Taiwan's reunification with the mainland has been the trend of the times, the cross-strait commercial exchanges is also increasingly frequent. Thus, it has the most important significance that discussing the solution to the cross-strait conflict of civil and commercial laws.
