Legal Study On The Problems Of Corporation Deadlock

This paper focuses on the issue of the corporation deadlock, which is one of the series of issues existing in the closed corporation. The appearance of corporation deadlock makes the normal operational state of the corporation at a standstill and risks the shareholders'interests and their investments greatly. Consequently, exploring the formation of corporation deadlock and seeking means to solve them by law are necessary not only to respond the needs of corporation law'practice, but also the needs to perfect corporation law theories. It points out that the corporation is divided into two types in structure, which are the public corporation and the closed corporation.
