| Wang Jia-xiang was an outstanding diplomat, after new China was founded, he was on the pioneering diplomatic work for a long time, so he made an outstanding contribution to the diplomatic affairs of our new China, but the inter-party diplomacy was the most important one in it. During the period of his presiding over International Liaison Department. He issued lots of talks and articles, there are rich inter-party diplomatic thoughts among them. This essay will give an all-round argument toward these thoughts.The essay consists of five parts.Preface: Reviewing briefly about the present studying conditions of Wang Jia-xiang, and pointing out it is a weak link in the study of Wang Jia-xiang's inter-party diplomatic thoughts.Part I: Referring to the causes of his inter-party diplomatic thoughts. (四)Wang Jia-xiang's individual quality and his wide inter-party diplomatic practice.Part II: The scientific made of thinking and the formation of principle in Wang Jia-xiang's inter-party diplomatic thoughts. Thinking the formation of his thoughts are based on the scientific means of all setting out from the facts, emphasizing on investigation and study, and the formation of principle are: the joint of internationalism and pafciotism, The co-displayment of idealism and realism, The throughout of collectivism and democratic centralism.Part III: The main contents of Wang Jia-xiang's inter-partydiplomatic thoughts are probed into by the four following aspects:(一 ) High effective working body and capable and experienced workgroup were the premise of doing inter-party diplomacy well. The evaluation of Wang Jia-xiang's inter-party diplomatic thoughts, Consist of the fallowings:(一) The relationship between Wang Jia-xiong's inter-party diplomatic thoughts and Mao Ze-dong's and Zhou En-lai's.
