Research Legal Issues Of Corporate Social Responsibility

The theory of Corporate Social Responsibility, is a very important theory which has concerned many theoretical fields since the 30s of the 20^th century; and it is also a very effective way to solve a great variety of serious social issues brought by gigantic corporations; besides, it is a theory to harmonize the relations between corporations and the society, to promote to construct a more beautiful and harmonious society.As a theoretical notion, corporate social responsibility connotes much, and there are of course many different interpretations. Although lots of scholars and practical elites have worked very hard for the corporate social responsibility theory, there is not yet an agreement. On the basis of simply tracing back to the origin and critics of this theory, this article, by contrastive analysis on theory and practice of internal and external corporate social responsibility, deals with its connotations, characteristics, standards of evaluation and issues concerning pragmatic existence; analyses the necessity and feasibility of establishing a system of corporate social responsibility in our country; evaluates the actuality and tendency of internal and external corporate social responsibility and puts emphasis on the analysis of concrete constructions of corporate social responsibility. By the discussions mentioned above, this article aims to clarify the structure of corporate social responsibility theory, and contributes a bit more for it.The whole article is divided into five parts with 35,000 words and its content is as follows:The first part deals with the origin of corporate social responsibility.
