Studies Of The Organizational Establishment Of The Communist Youth League In Universities For Nationalities

The Chinese Communist Youth League is a youth organization lead by Chinese Communist Party. The Youth League is supposed to cultivate young people of ability for the construction of the nation and to bring fresh blood for the Party. As the main undertaker of the higher education for nationalities, universities for nationalities play an important role in national higher education. The organization of the Youth League also takes great responsibility. Nevertheless, the influence to the young people and the status in the universities of the Youth League Universities for Nationalities reduced in these years for diverse reasons such as multiplicity of the value concept. This reality influenced the integrated quality of minority young people.This thesis composes of three parts. The first part is a summary of basic theory for the organizational establishment of the Communist Youth League in universities for nationalities. This part describes the intension and character of organization, the Youth League and the organization in the Youth League from analyzing the concept. The significance of strengthening the Youth League organization is also discussed. The second part is analyzing the actuality of organizational establishment for the Communist Youth League in universities for nationalities from the structure and the function. The third part is the concrete measure of organizational establishment for the Communist Youth League in universities for nationalities from the characteristics of the universities for nationalities. The questions and the reasons in context are integrated and the countermeasures of these questions are provided.The innovation of this thesis is concentrated in the countermeasures of strengthening the organizational establishment for the Communist Youth League in universities for nationalities.
