Innovative Study On Organizational Pattern Of Communist Youth League Based On Organizational Effectiveness Theory

Communist Youth League organization is the hard reserve for our party and alsothe cradle to cultivate the party’s leader. The Youth League’s ability and qualitydetermines the Party member’s ability and quality.Grass-roots Communist YouthLeague organization is an important part of China’s Communist Youth Leagueorganizations. However, facing the increasingly complex work forms, grass-rootsCommunist Youth League organizations showed the prominent inadaptability and thusworking efficiency is greatly affected. In order to promoting the development ofgrassroots Communist Youth League, Central Committee of the Communist YouthLeague (of China)puts forward the basic requirements for grassroots CommunistYouth League Central Committee to innovate its pattern and to solve the existingproblems in the work.There have been found a number of problems in grass-roots Communist YouthLeague organizational innovation. For example, the grass-root organization structurehas not been up to date; the treatment for supernumerary cadres has not been suitablytreated and the development of cadres is not stable. The existence of these problemsseriously restricts the functioning of Communist Youth League organizations.However, the current research focuses on the methods taken in the process ofgrass-roots Communist Youth League organization innovation. The theoreticalresearch of Communist Youth organizational pattern has stayed in an initial stage.Although some scholars explored the issue of organizational innovation based onlocal practice and have raise some constructive suggestions, but the level of researchare relatively low. The practical usage and application of research remains to befurther in-depth and the comprehensive research result has not yet appeared. Hence,my research would focus on this field.Based on organizational effectiveness theoryand its requirements,this articlesummarizedthe current research resultand detailedly analyzed grass-roots CommunistYouth League organization status. Furthermore, this article combined the basicrequirements from Communist Youth League organizational innovation andresearched the problems existed in this field.Finally, this article would also raiserecommendedpolicies in order to provide some help for grassroots organizational pattern innovation.
