Public And Private Morality In The Area Of Present Civil Morality Construction

As the two basic forms of Human Morality,the relationship between Public and Private Morality is a kind of historical phenomenon changing with the development of human society, which should and would have great difference to what in the past periods.Basic and important conceptions in this paper are Civics, Civil Society and Civil Virtues. As the reality of civics, citizenship has the two senses of ethic orientation in civics'daily life. Public and Private Morality, as the dual nature of civil virtues, have huge importance to Socialist State Construction. Harmonious relationship between Public and Private Morality, as the moral appearance and spirit strength of Harmonious Society, is the value pursuit of civil morality construction in Socialist State.
