Research On My National Countryside Evil Force Crimes

The problem of countryside evil forces in our country has been more serious day by day, even have posed a big threat to constructing new socialistic countryside and influenced the stability and advancement of countryside society seriously. Therefore it has significant theory and practical significance to study our countryside evil force crimes systematically.According to the present academic research on our countryside evil force crimes, I re-limit the concept of countryside evil force and analyze its resent situation and characteristics, evolved shape, law of development and danger.systematic structural criminal reasons theory has been used in analyzing the countryside evil force crimes in our country . On one hand, analyze the social reasons of the countryside evil force crimes in our country from the side of village relations, namely from the township level government and village commission's angle. Under current our country pressure system, the village relations conflict and the contradiction mainly are: first is the direct conflict of interest between the officials and people which is occurred by the current financial systems; second is the surveillance expiration which is caused by the cadre systems under the pressure rules;third is the traditional political mobilization methods malfunction caused by the social unfair and the corruption. Point out the current villages'contradictions and conflicts are the main reason of our country's countryside evil force crimes, the decrease in the control on countryside, the village patriarchal clans'revival and"the protective umbrella"to the organizations also have an important influence to the countryside evil force crimes. On the other hand, analyze the individual reason of the countryside evil force crimes from the psychological angle.Basing on the reasons for formatting the countryside evil force crimes, propose countermeasure against the countryside evil force crimes. Should take measures from two aspects to control the countryside evil force crimes: the first is the countermeasures against the countryside evil forces, including the adjustment and reformation to the present village relations, the development and consummation of the countryside intermediary organizations , the completeness of persons'reformation and reeducation through labor; the second is the striking countermeasures against the countryside evil force crimes, including the strengthening the power of striking the countryside evil force crimes and the"protective umbrella"behind the countryside evil forces firmly.
