A Study On The Legal System Of Zhuang Nationlity In Guangxi Provinces During "Change Territorial Tribal Chiefs Into Officials" In Qing Dynasty

For a long time, in the history of the legal system's research , most scholars put their heart in the law made by government. They focused on the law on the books.So the customary law and legal system of minority haven't enough concerned.This article is a study on the legal system of Zhuang nationlity in Guangxi provinces during "chang terrutorrial tribal chiefs into officials" in Qing dynasty by used the research methods of the history of the legal system. In this article,the author well described the change of Zhuang nationlity in Guangxi provinces during "chang terrutorrial tribal chiefs into officials" in Qing dynasty though three parts which is judiciary , judicial system and judicial proceedings.We can see the biggest change in legal system of terrutorrial tribal chiefs of Zhuang nationlity in Guangxi provinces is the judicial proceedings. As some domestic scholars said, the process of justice is the only true justice. In the same time , the customary law of terrutorrial tribal chiefs of Zhuang nationlity in Guangxi provinces did not disappeared .It remains regulate people living in Guangxi provinces .Now ,even the future , the people living in Guangxi continue playing this role. The law made by Qing dynasty's government have little impact in Guangxi provinces. Through the game of national law and customary law, we can fully understand Chinese cultural of law.The article is divided into three parts.The first part is a introduction. In this part, the author introduce the research of Zhuang nationlity's customary law and terrutorrial tribal chiefs of Zhuang nationlity in Guangxi provinces by now. Another is the theory, methods and source material of the research.The second part is about the change on the legal system of Zhuang nationlity in Guangxi provinces during "chang terrutorrial tribal chiefs into officials" in Qing dynasty. The chang include the udiciary , judicial system and judicial proceedings.The last part is a conclusion.
