Anti-dumping is a protective measure frequently adopted throughout the world. The fact that the measure is widely taken internationally is inextricably linked to the inadequacy of the WTO Anti-dumping Agreement. China is the biggest victim of anti-dumping practice, which is closely related to the discriminatory laws imposed by Western countries. The problem of anti-dumping is in essence concerned with economy, but in fact, it is concerned with law. In response to such an unfavorable status quo, we should take up laws as our advisable weapon to protect our own interest. Therefore, the government should participate actively in the revision of international anti-dumping laws and try every means to seek for the status as a market economy country as soon as possible. At the same time, all businesses should also strengthen their co-ordination and self-discipline and the businesses involved into the case should respond positively.
