In recent years, to make and perfect law for private rights has become an important and urgent task for our legislature. Without doubt, the primary value of the law is to protect the privacy and the realization of individual rights. This basic tenet is the simple truth that needs no proof but only emphasized. In western countries there was a famous saying "wind and rain can get into the poor's shelter, but the King can not enter", a vivid description of inviolability of the individual citizen's house and property rights. In recent years, the objectives and direction of law for urban house removing begin to emphasize particularly on private rights, showing that protection of privacy has become a main task of our legislation,which has an important impact in China. However, the protection is far from meeting the needs of private rights. This thesis mainly analyses the protection of private rights in law of house removing in recent years. Here are four aspects.In the first part, the author explains some basic concepts ,including value of the law, public rights, private rights, and the relations between public rights and private rights. Several basic principles are narrated too, such as public rights root in private rights, public rights support private rights, the two accrete and conflict mutually.Part II, the author discusses the violations in house removing and how the things occur, which reveals the shortcomings of our legislation...
