There is a great need to improve and standardize our existing financial holding company.Although our country implements a strict system which allows financial separate operations and supervisions, there is still a certain space on setting up outward financial institutions and domestic comprehensive running licensed institutions according to the relevant laws and policies. With the innovation and development of financial industry, financial holding company gradually comes into being which is made up of three investing bodies-the existing financial institutions; investment group; industrial companies. While the construction of our modern financial system goes slowly, and the financial supervision is not perfect, the financial holding company produced in the particular financial background still has a series of problems. Meanwhile, our country has not yet established laws and regulations on the financial holding company. It's important to study the supervising of special risks of China's financial holding company.
