Objectively, it prompts the international cooperation on antitrust.The antitrust cooperation has been in process among the countries and in the frameworks of international organizations. It makes some progress, but hasn't come to a binding multilateral agreement. The antitrust cooperation is searching more effective ways. In front of the bad impact caused by the international disputes on competition, China should takes some countermeasures. It should exert its function to the greatest extent, including accelerating the legislation of the antitrust law, establishing the proper competition law system, participating in the international antitrust cooperation, on the basis of choosing a practical goal, which is to acquire an advantageous status in the solution of international competition affairs and obtain China's own competition interests.
