Comparative Study On The Foreign Trade Barrier Investigation System

With the development of international trade, market competition becomes increasing severe. For protecting national industry and preserving the former market shares, each country set up all sorts of trade barriers to prevent other countries'products from importing. In order to remove the barriers, America and Europe Union improved their foreign legal systems and incorporated the foreign trade barrier investigation system. China's foreign trade legal system also makes responses. In 2004, a new chapter named Foreign Trade Barrier Investigation System is set up in the newly revised foreign trade law of China. And based on the above regulation, the Foreign Trade Barrier Investigation Rule of China is improved.The thesis selects the Section 301 of the US Trade Law and the Trade Barrier Regulation of EU, which are the most representative foreign trade barrier investigation system, to be compared with the Foreign Trade Barrier Investigation Rule of China. This thesis is divided into three parts: the preface, main body and the summary, with about 50,000 words. The main body includes following chapters:The Chapter One is about the comparative analysis of the setup background and development process of the foreign trade barrier investigation system. Through the comparison, the thesis tries to disclose the fundamental reason of the legislation.The Chapter Two is about the comparative analysis of legislation idea of the foreign trade barrier investigation system.
