The Study On The Law System For Human Capital Investment

With the coming of intellectual economy, development of economy brings forward very high demand for the innovation of law system. Only the law system innovated continually can adapts and accelerates development of economy. In this age, human capital plays a more and more important role in social production. For adapting the situation of economical development, human capital should be affirmed legal status in law and granted for investment object of limited partner. The paper starts with the concept and character of human capital. On the base of discussion of investment element of human capital, it discusses in detail the impact made by human capital investment for traditional corporation institution, and how to set up law system of human capital investment in our country is home analyzed and studied.There are many research fruits about the theory of human capital in economics and management. Rationality of the theory is unassailable. However, its acknowledgement in law needs to complete concept change from economics to law and design of idiographic mechanism, which is an innovative and meaning work.
