Vulnerable groups have never withdrawn the history stage during the human historical progress. The reason that makes the concept of vulnerable groups into the mainstream of social sciences lies mainly in sociological factors on the development of social studies, social work and social welfare and development of all. In China, they are not become the focus until the social transition of our country. As a law graduate, it is my responsibility to pay attention to the social phenomena and protect the rights of vulnerable groups.So far, we put excessive emphasis on government's "blood transfusion", the community's "blood donation" to the protection of vulnerable groups, and neglect their own "blood-making" functions. Education is an important medium to make vulnerable groups have their own good "blood-making" functions. Not only educational fair is a wonderful social ideal but also it can promote social equality by provide more with equal opportunities for the plight of vulnerable persons. Therefore; it will be positive to protect the right to education of vulnerable groups.The legal protection around vulnerable groups to education, made the following arrangements for the content of the structure:Part I, defining the right to education of vulnerable groups.
