Study On The Problem And Strategy Of Local Legislation Quality

Local legislation is an impotent part of legislative system in our country, it will directly influence the course of history of turning our country in to a socialist one by the legal system. In the recent 20 years, great achievements have been made in the local legislation, but simultaneously there are still some problems and the insufficiency. The most severe question was legislates the quality was not high, which has harmed the legal system authority, and has affected the actual effect of the legislative work. Therefore, how to enhance the local legislation the nature has become the prominent question to be solved in the local legislation work from today. To study the local legislation quality not only has a direct effect on the regularity and completeness of the legislative system with the distinct Chinese characteristics, but also influences the development of the social democracy. Although the study about the problem at the present situation is very limited, academia just limits the study on the problem of the concept of the local legislation and the quality standard. This article studies the present situation of the quality of local legislation in our country, and presents some solutions to enhance the local legislation quality.
