A Research On The CCP's Consolidating Her Ruling Basis At The Beginning Of The Foundation Of PRC

By using the activities of the Party's ruling herself and the country at the beginning of the foundation of the People's Republic of China as the background in an objective perspective, this article analyses the then policy and practice in the CCP's consolidating the ruling basis and tries to draw some useful experience to give a helpful hand to today's Party's ruling activities. Firstly, the article gives a clear definition and distinguishment to some of the concepts, such as"the ruling basis","legality", which helps to form a base to draw a conclusion that the core of the construction of the ruling basis is to consolidate the blood-and-flesh relationship between the Party and the mass, and to manage to get people's support in the largest scale. And then, by surrounding the core of this, the article analyses the advantage and challenge met in Party's consolidating her ruling basis activities at the beginning of the foundation of PRC. And also by observing her then policy, practice and effect in an all-round historic angle, we can get some important experience about the Party's activities of her ruling basis at the beginning of the foundation of PRC. While in the last part, the article puts forward her own idea by combining the historical construction of the consolidation on today's Party's consolidating her ruling basis, strengthening her ruling ability and trying to manage to build a harmonious Social Society.
