Research On Developmental Current Situation And Countermeasures Of NGOs In Wuhan City

Taking the Wuhan NGOs as our research object, carrying out the theoretical perspective of sociological theories, collecting the materials by the document approach and questionnaire investigation, using a research method by qualitative and quantitative measures, basing on the literature research on this topic and the commutation of nongovernmental organization, this paper analysis the developmental current situation and characteristic of the Wuhan NGOs; then it looks into the influencing factors of the Wuhan NGOs development, later it comes to face up with the problem that may exit on the course of its development; and finally offers the suggestion its development that may help to establish harmonious society.The paper includes five parts. The first part introduces the research purpose, significance, situation and design. The second part describes in detail the developmental current situation of the Wuhan NGOs on organization modality, organizational working organizational personnel, organizational facilities, organizational capital, and organizational influence. The third part induces the developmental characteristic and influencing factors of the Wuhan NGOs. They have six characteristics. Namely its scale have difference, its working is diversified, its professional staff isn't reasonable but social composition is reasonable, its facilities is advanced, capital channel is diversified, capital defray is rational relatively, and its have little influence in society. Influencing factors have two aspect of outside and inside. The outside factors include administrative interfere, the perfect policy and enactment, the public ignore. Inside factor is the discrepant personnel fiber and capability. The forth part analysis the developmental problems and countermeasures of the Wuhan NGOs. The problem include being short of communication, lake of capitals and talents, and the objective and activity of the Wuhan NGOs can't come true. Meanwhile this part analysis and discusses the developmental countermeasure of Wuhan NGOs that are compatible with the harmonious society. Namely the first government give supports to NGOs in policy and capital, the second associations speed up the progress of democracy and independence, the third NGOs introduce the remarkable administrator, the forth NGOs enhance communication and theoretical study each other, the fifth NGOs explore the developmental direction in the new period, etc. the last part concludes the research and discusses the following viewpoints that the research approach and developmental direction of Wuhan NGOs.
