The Current Problems And Countermeasures Of Intelligent Community Construction In Wuhan City

With the increasingly mature and extensive application of Internet,Internet of things,cloud computing,big data and other technologies,smart community has become a new trend of urban and rural community development and community governance in China.Smart community has many characteristics such as digitalization,intellectualization,humanization and convenience.Its emergence brings a revolution to the concept and practice of community governance.The construction of smart community in China started ten years ago.Except some developed cities such as Beijing,Shanghai and Shenzhen,most cities are still in the exploratory stage in the construction of smart community.As a national central city,in recent years,Wuhan has been actively engaged in the construction of smart city and smart community in accordance with the wave of new technology reform,and has been selected as a national key demonstration city,which also has the significance of research samples.In this paper,problem consciousness and significance of the research are elaborated,and relevant researches at home and abroad are introduced.Then the concepts of "Internet plus" and smart city are defined,and virtual community theory and new public service theory are expounded.Taking the construction of smart community in Wuhan as an example,this research mainly through collecting and sorting out the information obtained,investigates the current situation of smart community construction in Wuhan,and introduces delicately aspects such as smart community management mode and service supply system,community smart government,and smart family.On the basis of summarizing the content of the construction of smart community in Wuhan,it analyzes the problems in the construction of smart community,absorbs the experience of community governance,to guide the reform of China’s community governance system and the construction reform of Wuhan smart community,and then improve China’s community smart governance.According to this research,there some problems in the professional management of smart community,such as insufficient personnel,unclear evaluation index and lack of awareness of participation of all parties in society.Based on the excellent experience,this paper puts forward the measures of community governance effect from the aspects of giving full play to the leading role of the party organization,improving the quality of governance subjects,enhancing the sense of identity of community residents,and creating a long-term mechanism for talent training,so as to improve the community governance ability and enhance the residents Happiness index.
