The Research On Administrative Monopoly Problem In Gradual Reform Situation

Administrative monopoly, which as the form of the "China Character", exists widely in the process that China Plan Economy System making way for Market Economy System. It endangers the reform of China Economy System seriously. There are a lot of issues on administrative monopoly in academia. Taking the situation of gradual reform of China Economy System into background, the writer tries to analyze the economical value of antitrust law on the basis of understanding the concept of administrative monopoly, its essence and its complex producing reasons.
