After the collapse of the Soviet union, Russia has lots of the industry foundation with its70years of planned economy reform. Russia is a typical transitional country. In the process of transitions to a socialist market economy, the antitrust law played a very important role. At the same time, problems, such as how to implement the antitrust policy, regulation antitrust behavior, establish a good order of market competition and so on, are very worth studying.It has been21years since the antitrust law of Russia came into effect from1991,during which the law has been reformed, its system has been well developed, and some rules even can be advanced, so this law has important directive to development of Russia’s economic. Russia regulates monopoly, at the same time, Russia also advocate civilized competition, because though this way can not only ensure the prosperity and development of the market economy, but also protect the interests of consumers.As China and Russia are developing countries, there are many similarities in the system. How to deal with problems during transformation, such as keeping stability of society while making economic develop fast, our country can learn much from the practice of Russia’s antitrust law.
