Enlightenments Gained From Study On Sino-US Relations Developing Pattern To PLA's Ideological And Political Work

In view that there exist several confused ideas in PLA serviceman's ideology in preparing for war against US forces at the present time, which relate closely to their little knowledge of Sino-US relations and its developing pattern, therefore researching into Sino-US relations developing pattern and gaining enlightenments from it, are the most urgent task for PLA's ideological and political work in the war preparedness against US forces currently.This paper first concludes the developing pattern of Sino-US relations from Sino-US relations developing history over the last 30 years----the pattern of cooperation/big rise, hostility/big fall, compromise alternately and circularly between China and US, then makes an analysis from both nations' diplomatic thoughts and carries out an academic research from International Expectation theory, consequently confirms this developing pattern. In the light of several confused ideas existing in PLA serviceman's ideology toward Sino-US relations and war preparedness against US forces, according to ideological and political education environment theory, using the principles of Marxism ideological and political work and the theories of philosophy, politics, psychology, military science and management science, this paper gains some enlightenments in education content, methods and human resource development to PLA's ideological and political work from the study of Sino-US relations developing pattern, and proposes human-oriented concept of human resource development.
