Since the reform and opening up,labor-intensive private enterprises have been an important force in promoting China's economic growth and harmonious development of society,and also a "big family" to solve employment.Therefore,its development has special significance and functions for the socialist economy.Young employees in the front line are the main force of labor-intensive private enterprises and the first element of enterprise development.How to carry out ideological and political work,stimulate the "three characteristics" of young workers in the front line,promote the all-round development of employees,and provide manpower support for the production and operation activities and long-term development of enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved.This article starts with the following four parts:The first part of the introduction.Firstly,the research background and significance of this paper are introduced,and then the relevant research results at home and abroad are sorted out to further determine the research ideas and research contents of this paper.The second part is a theoretical overview.Starting from the basic concepts,it explains the Marx's needs theory,Xi Jinping's view of the masses,and Xi Jinping's youth view,and provides theoretical basis for the analysis of current situation and countermeasures.The third part analyzes the status quo.Taking Jinxiang County as an example,the author conducts an empirical investigation and analyzes the data.It shows that the ideological and political work of young workers in the labor-intensive private enterprises has achieved some results: enriched the ideological and political work form,enhanced the sense of belonging and cohesiveness of employees,and improved At the same time,there are some problems in the first-line youth employees.The main performances are: neglecting the status of employees,the sense of ownership of employees is not stimulated;the deviation of employees' understanding,the recognition of ideological and political work is not high;the communication and communication are not smooth,supply and The actual needs of employees are out of line;the incentive mechanism is not reasonable enough,the frontline youth employees lack a sense of fairness;the corporate culture is weak,and the employees' spiritual needs are not met.Through the analysis of the above problems and causes,the author laid the foundation for the following countermeasures.The fourth part of the countermeasure research.Combining the previous analysis,the author proposes perfect countermeasures from five aspects: implementing the people-oriented concept,highlighting the main status of young workers in the front line;strengthening theoretical study and education,improving the recognition of ideological and political work;optimizing the salary distribution system to meet the fair pursuit of young workers in the front line;Strengthen the construction of corporate culture to meet the spiritual needs of young workers in the front line;promote the all-round development of employees and meet the development needs of young employees in the front line.
