A Study Of The Political Ethics Of The CPC's Ruling

It is a choice of the history and of the people that the CPC(Communist Party of China)became the ruling party. The construction of the Party's governing capacity has been a fundamental construction after the Party came into power. The author attempts to, on the basis of an elaboration of the scientific connotation of political ethics, analyze deeply the relationship between the construction of political ethics and the Party's governing capacity, make clear the importance of the construction of political ethics, thus develop the study horizon and field of the construction of the Party's governing capacity.Based on a brief analysis of the exploration of political ethics in Chinese and western political and ideological tradition, the author tries to made a systematic analysis of the main points of the Party's ruling political ethics in terms of such three aspects as the party's ruling political ethical ideas, political morality principle and political morality norms. The CPC's ruling ideas-----"establishing the Party for the public"and"assuming power for the people"are the essence of the Party's ruling political ethical ideas. The Party's ruling principle is principle of collectivism, principles of fairness and justice and principle of human-centeredness. On the basis of the elaboration of the basic political morality norms that the CPC cadres should possess, the author expounds what political morality norms political leaders should have and puts forward implementing plans of the construction of political morality norms.
