New Period Chinese Communist Ruling Ability Construction Research

Abstract:In this new historical period, domestic and global situation has been changed, which put new requirements to the construction of the governing capacity of the CPC. In order to adapt to the requirements, we need to adopt the new ways and measures to solve the problems existing in the construction of governing capacity. In this context, my paper wants do a research about the construction of the CPC’s governing capacity in the new period.Firstly, this paper summarizes Marxism classic authors’theory of governing capacity and elaborates the theoretical basis of the construction of the CPC’s governing capacity. In the new period, the CPC inherited the previous achievement and make a innovation.Secondly, this paper analyzes the main contents of the CPC’s governing capacity in new period and discusses its connotation, characteristics, goals and importance.Thirdly, this paper analyses the new changes of international and domestic situations. The international challenges and the domestic changes make it necessary for us to complete our governing theory and really improve the governing capacity.Finally, this paper elaborates the main problems existing in the construction of the CPC’s governing capacity in the new period and puts forward the methods to cope with these problems.
